DATE CHANGE – NASA has adjusted the date and time for our event. The program will now take place on Wednesday 10/27, and begin at 10:50am MST, exact contact will be 11:31 am MST.

Tarwater Elementary School is 1 of 7 schools in the United States recently selected for the Amateur Radio contact with the International Space Station (ARISS) program. Through a great deal of coordination, and the help of volunteers from NXP, Tarwater is now in the final stages of their well-developed education and equipment plans to host this once in a lifetime event. School officials have worked closely with ARISS and NASA on crew scheduling and ISS orbits to determine an exact radio contact date of Wednesday 10/27, and begin at 10:50am MST, exact contact will be 11:31 am MST.
