Tempe 150 Sesquicentennial Celebration!

Sunday, November 7  |  Noon - 6pm

Tempe Beach Park and Tempe Arts Park

Tempe turns 150 and we are going to celebrate! This festival event features two stages of free entertainment, including Tempe favorites The Meat Puppets, and other local bands. Go back in time with hands-on history activities and interactive art projects for all ages. Meet artisans, craft-makers, and vendors with items "Made in Tempe." See what was buried in a time capsule 25 years ago and write a letter to the future. Enjoy a variety of food and drink near each stage, and a beer and wine garden. Plus, community and history displays, a bouncy house area, and a "field of dreams" where baseball fans can hit and pitch. Stop by and celebrate Tempe’s past, present, and future.
