It's the perfect time to explore all the ways we get around! Kids and their grownups will learn and discover with crafts, stories, activities, and live demonstrations. From rolling on a skateboard to flying through the sky, you're sure to find something to get your imagination moving!

Tempe Time Machine happens from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesdays. Admission is free and registration is not required. While our focus is on kids from 3 to 10 years old, Tempe Time Machine is fun for all ages.

Join Park Rangers for a hiking safety demo at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and get hands-on with Sonoran Desert artifacts!

Make your own water bottle charm for all your future hikes, design a shoe inspired by art from the Dry Surf exhibit, and test your trail manners with a fun hiking etiquette game. Take a meditative stroll through the labyrinth, then learn how to draw your very own version.
