RECIPE CONTEST RULES:

1.  Recipe must contain dairy as a major component (at least one cup of a dairy product).

2.  Record a short clip (15 to 20 seconds) of you making the recipe.

3.  Sumit one picture of it plated/served.

4.  Explain in 3–4 sentences why this recipe is your favorite and what role dairy plays in the meal.

5.  Post and tage @azmilkpoducers on instagram.
