Marissa Olegario, professor of bassoon at the Fox School of Music at the UofA here in Tucson is the featured soloist on her bassoon. For over 20 years Over 23 years the Tucson Pops Orchestra performed “My Yiddishe Momme” on Mother’s Day concert. To keep the tradition going Marissa and me with my clarinet will present a duet rendition of that wonderful song honoring all mothers.

This Mother’s Day come to the museum on Second SundAZe to honor the women who nurture, support and love us, as well as be one of the first to view the newly installed glass chandelier by the world-famous American glass artist, Dale Chihuly.
