Cox Communications announces the return of 'Movies in the Park', now hosted

in three Southern Arizona cities from May 10 – June 29. Open to all, enjoy

a movie in Tucson, Benson, or Sierra Vista under the stars free of charge.

Pre-screening activities and entertainment will begin at 6 p.m. for attendees

to enjoy before the movie starts at 7:45 p.m. (dusk).

Diving Deeper:  When the sun goes down, the 40-foot-tall screen goes up. Get

pumped for food trucks, live demonstrations, free giveaways, and other

engaging activities that add to the festive atmosphere. From heartwarming

dramas to thrilling adventures, there will be something for everyone to

enjoy. Folks are encouraged to make themselves comfortable by bringing

blankets, lawn chairs and picnic baskets – just no fires or grilling!



Cox Movies in the Park has greatly evolved from projecting films on an

improvised bed sheet screen in 2003 to becoming an integral part of Southern
