Fire and police donors are needed to give blood on Tuesday, Nov. 9, for the cameras at the media kickoff for the First Responders Unite Holiday Blood Drive.  The event will launch a statewide campaign to encourage donors across Arizona to join first responders in giving blood during the winter holiday season, the most difficult time of the year to maintain our blood supply.  You can help by making an appointment below to lead the effort.

First Responders Unite to Give Blood and Build Holiday Blood Supplies

Help Arizona firefighters, police officers and the Hall of Flame ensure an ample patient blood supply for the holiday season.  Thanksgiving and through New Year’s Eve is the most difficult time of the year to maintain our blood supply.  In appreciation for giving blood Nov. 9 at the Hall of Flame First Responders Unite blood drive, or Nov. 16 – 30 at any Vitalant Valley location, donors will be thanked with a voucher for one complimentary admission to the Hall of Flame, the world’s largest firefighting museum, voted New Times Best of Phoenix 2020.  To have your blood donation dedicated to our first responders, simply schedule your appointment atvitalant.org/firstresponder or call 877-25-VITAL (877-258-4825).
