Free Event

Fort Lowell Day celebrates the Fort Lowell Neighborhood, Fort Lowell’s history, and the history of the area those two now encompass. The event offers a variety of activities that are held between and in the San Pedro Chapel and Fort Lowell, including:

**Self-guided walking tours of the Fort and Historic District. Some sites along the tour route are manned by volunteer docents who know the history of the families and the people of Fort Lowell.

**Military re-enactments and demonstrations

**Mounted 4th U.S. Cavalry (Memorial) B Troop drills

**Children’s activities (Family Funday at Fort Lowell)
