Tucson Parks and Recreation, in partnership with Tucson Unified School District (TUSD), is offering a free, "School's Out Day Camp," for students on TUSD's Professional Development Day on Wednesday, Aug. 23. Camp will be from 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. for children ages 5-11 years old who are enrolled at a TUSD school. Activities are supervised, engaging, and fun. Each child must bring a shelf-sustainable lunch, a water bottle, and two snacks. Refrigerators and microwaves will not be available for use.
