Shape Up Us has partnered with McDowell Mountain Ranch for this exciting event for all ages. This fun filled day will also include a Rock Wall, Inflatables, Sports Teams, Face painting, Fabulous DJ, Music, Stage acts, Superheroes, along with our Sponsors and Community business vendor booths that will share awareness, education, and action. Natural Grocers will be providing free water, fruit and Swag Bags.

It is Hobbit Day, Tolkien fans! Plus this kicks off National Tolkien Week. So, come grab a map, and explore the middle Earth that is Bookmans Phoenix. Follow the clues, and get a prize. Also, I’ll pick one participant to win a Bookmans gift card. So, pack up your stuff, it is time to leave the shire, and begin the quest of the ring!
