The Magna Carta was a document that was signed by King John of England as a peace treaty between him and people who rebelled against him. Harvard Law School is believed to have an incredibly rare copy of the Magna Carta. It was from the 14th century, and the actual Magna Carta was written in the 13th century.
Tucson Parks and Recreation will host its annual Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair on Thanksgiving weekend. This event has been held for more than four decades, attracting more than 140 vendors from all over the Southwest. All items must be unique, handmade goods that provide shoppers with a high-quality and diverse selection of items.
Dates: Saturday, Nov. 29, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 30, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
