Robots are cool! They are cool because they can do things that are really hard or even impossible for humans to do! Robots come in all shapes and sizes. One could look like a human and another could look like a table!

So what is a robot? A robot is a machine that can do tasks that it is programmed to do on its own. A robot can only do what a human has programmed it to do.

Every February, Chandler celebrates the exploration of invention. The Chandler Innovation Fair (CIF) showcases the businesses, artists, students and innovators in the community as Chandler participates in the statewide Arizona SciTech Festival.

Now in its 13th year, we are continuing to partner with the Chandler Unified School District's Innovation Fair, which brings about greater district participation.

 “Wonder” was written and illustrated by R. J. Palacio. It is a realistic fiction book that I think all kids grades 3 and up should read. The book is about a boy named Auggie Pullman who was born with a facial difference. Auggie has been homeschooled his whole life, but finally in the fifth grade he attends a public school named Beecher Prep.

Join us at the Dribble, where thousands of young participants, aged 18 and under, receive FREE entry to dribble their way through a 0.7 mile course. Each child will show off their dribbling skills with their very own exclusive NCAA Men's Final Four Dribble Wilson basketball, accompanied by a specially designed branded t-shirt.
