National Geographic photographer, filmmaker, writer and explorer Ami Vitale will take us on a journey!  Through photography, film, and storytelling, she will share powerful stories that reframe the human-nature relationship– and in the process, drive change and inspire us all to push boundaries, break glass ceilings, and have an impact in our daily lives.

It’s hard to imagine, but before TV and Internet, people learned about current events at the movie theatre.  There they would get a window into the world via “newsreels”, which were shown alongside movies and cartoons.  Frequently, these were all musically accompanied, live, with a theatre organ.
